PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

At Barefoot & Busy, many of our pieces are released in small batches to help us grow sustainably while offering more colours, sizes, and styles over time 🤍

Pre-ordering allows you to secure your size before stock arrives.

HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK

• Place your order to secure your item
• Orders are processed in weekly batches every Friday morning
• Stock is ordered based on demand and released in curated colour collections
• Once stock arrives, your order is packed and shipped from Australia

TIMELINE

• Estimated dispatch timeframe: approximately 3 weeks from your order date
• Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 business days within Australia via Australia Post or StarTrack

Please note that all timeframes are estimates and may vary due to supplier, freight, customs, public holiday, or carrier delays.

TRACKING

You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

ORDER FULFILMENT

• Most items are currently available via pre-order unless marked “In Stock”
• Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received
• If multiple items are purchased together, they may be shipped once all items are ready

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@barefootandbusy.com.au.

Cancellation requests may be accepted before your order has entered processing or fulfilment. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.
