Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All Barefoot & Busy items are currently available via pre-order.

Orders are processed in weekly batches every Friday morning.

PRE-ORDER TIMEFRAMES

Our current estimated dispatch timeframe is approximately 3 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Australia via Australia Post or StarTrack, depending on your location.

Please note that dispatch time refers to when your order leaves us and does not include the delivery timeframe.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

DELAYS

While we work hard to meet our estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to manufacturing, supplier, freight, customs, carrier delays, public holidays, or peak shopping periods.

If there are any significant delays affecting your order, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains multiple items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready for dispatch.
