RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your Barefoot & Busy purchase.
We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind or need a different size, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
• Free from marks, damage, perfumes, deodorants, pet hair, or other signs of use
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All Barefoot & Busy products are currently sold on a pre-order basis.
Pre-order items are eligible for return once delivered, provided they meet the return conditions outlined above.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@barefootandbusy.com.au so we can make it right.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Barefoot & Busy will cover any reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
